My experience in the Virgin Atlantic Auckland office was quite satisfactory. The employees were friendly and provided me with comprehensive instructions regarding my flight information and the entire check-in process. It was quite neat and tidy, quite a pleasant ambiance around the office. I would like to point out that my queries were resolved quite quickly, and there was a guarantee that all was well with my travel arrangements. Professionalism and concerns for the client were at a high level. All in all, I would recommend the Virgin Atlantic Auckland office for good and efficient service.
