Hello! It went better than I had anticipated when I flew with Frontier Airlines JFK Terminal. Staff members were considerate of families, and the terminal itself was clean. We had no trouble finding our gate and checking in our bags. Although the seats are small, they were comfortable enough for a quick flight, and the airplane boarded on time. I like that Frontier maintains affordability and simplicity. Despite the chaotic nature of, the Frontier team did a great job of controlling the flow that day. From this mother, thumbs up!
