All of my inquiries concerning flights and reservations were addressed by the kind and accommodating staff. The office was easy to explore because it was tidy and well-organized. They gave me good information and helped me quickly with my ticket revisions. All things considered, I am quite happy with the service and would suggest Qatar Airways' Nairobi office to anyone taking a flight with them.
