Rishikesh Yog Kendra is a traditional yoga school located in the serene foothills of Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World. As a Yoga Alliance-certified institution, we are dedicated to offering authentic and transformative yoga education through our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) and 100 Hour Aerial Yoga TTC.

Our programs are thoughtfully crafted to balance ancient yogic wisdom with practical teaching skills. Students learn classical Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology—guided by experienced Indian yoga teachers who live and breathe the yogic way of life.

The peaceful setting near the sacred Ganges River offers the perfect space for deep learning and self-exploration. Weekly excursions to spiritually rich sites like the Beatles Ashram, Kunjapuri Temple, and Vashishta Cave add depth and cultural connection to the journey.
